On The Road...

Hello Friends, well it's been a couple weeks since the last post!! We have been ON THE ROAD.. for 3 weekends in a row!!  We have had so much fun at each event..Frazee, Perham & last weekend the Vintage Carnival in Thief River!!  Here is bits & pieces of the last three shows we have been to!

 

 

We just want to thank all our Junk loving Friends for coming out and supporting us and our other creative vendor friends!!  Without you guys we would not be able to continue to do what we love & that is Create/Re-create!!!  After all this traveling we thought we better get to work on our booth @ Sulaines Antique mall!!!  It's Holiday shopping time & we are loading up our booth with creations/products for your holiday needs!!!  Not sure if you remember my trip to the Junk Bonanza & my BIG find... which got the name BEAUTY...

 

Here she is & I finally put her to good use in our Booth for the Holiday season.. Here is Beauty now...

 



 

Does she not look great!!!  Unfortunately she is not for sale..but the little chalkboard and flashcard she is adorned with you can find for sale in our booth!!  Here are some more snapshots of our Work in Progress in our Booth @ Sulaines!!

Well there you have a recap of what we Beautiful Junque Girls have been doing this pass month!!!  We are still working away to bring you more creations for this Holiday Season!!!  Have a wonderful & most Blessed Day!!!

Busy as Bee's!!!

Hello friends!!!  We have been busy,busy,busy as bee's preparing for all our upcoming Events!!!  The first one is coming up fast and will be in Frazee, MN at the Sugar & Spice 35th Annual Craft Fair!  This will be held on Saturday October 27th at the Frazee Elementary School from 10am-3pm!!  We have been making new creations & working on our display pieces for the indoor events!!!  We picked up this old shipping box at one time and we thought it would be perfect for something someday and it is going to be!!!  Here is a picture of it before we worked on it!!

 

 

 

We just loved that it still had the old shipping label on it & decided this has to be preserved in our makeover process!! So as we were saying we knew this piece would come in handy in some way shape or form, so after looking over it a few times and trying to think of a way to bring it new life.. we thought this would make a perfect check out table for us at our indoor craft shows!!!  It's not too big & not too small it's just right!!!!  I bet your thinking how can this box be a check out table...Well "check" it out below...

 

 

We decided to keep the same underlying color and mix up some of our own black Chalk paint and do a distressed effect to it!!  We really like how it turned out!!  We added our trusty old sign to the front of it and a shelf to the inside for all our "check-out" necessities!!  Our display is almost complete and we cannot wait to set it up at these upcoming shows!!!

Junk MarKet FuN!!!!

We have to give a Big THANK YOU to all who came out last Saturday to the Junk Market in Fargo!!  The day was not your ideal day for an outdoor event, with the chill and the wind....But you fearless Junkers came despite that!!!!! You can see them in the picture below all lined up and ready to GO!!!

 

 

 

Once the gate opened it was go time!!!  We had so much fun meeting new people & seeing all the other talented  vendors that were there!! This was such great kick off to the fall season!!

 

After the hustle & bustle of getting ready for this fun show we have been taking a little break...but now it's time to stop "Horsing" around.. so they say...

& get busy for all our Upcoming Events!!!  First off we are getting ready to move to our bigger spot in Sulaine's Antique Mall sometime in the beginning of October..We will be able to bring you more refurbished/vintage furniture & more of our fun creations!!!  So make sure you stop in and check us out soon!!!

OFF tO ThE rACeS!!!!

Hello all!!  Once again we want to give a great big THANKS to all our Beautiful Junque friends that came out to the flea market for one last chance to FleA!!!

 

 

Now ON YOUR MARKS GET SET GOOOOO... We are off today to the RACES...or in other words JUNK BONANZA in Shakopee MN!!  If you have not been, it must be put on your bucket list!!!  It is so fun and full of wonderully talented vendors!!!  We are hoping to come home with some awesome finds!!  We will fill you in when we get back with what treasures we find!!

 

Speaking of Junk Bonanza...did you know that we are going to be @ Junk Market on Saturday September 22nd In Fargo @ the Eco Chic Parking lot!!!  We are soooo Excited for this event!  Take a peek @ the flyer below for more information!!
